One the other hand, the work of educational supervision in Guiyang is expected to be operated in a creative manner according to the practical condition. The author also releases some constructive opinions. The recognition of the public society towards education should be reinforced. The stride of building legal systems for educational supervision in Guiyang should be accelerated. The building of supervising institutions and contingent shall be reinforced as well. The obligations of supervising institutions in various levels shall be clarified, and the appraisal scheme shall be made fully use of. The coordination with related authorities shall be consolidated to make the system of educational system work fully.
