| The faculty is vital to the university, so their right and interest protection system is very important, which is directly related to the faculty's working condition, living standard and career planning. In the past faculty are were sent to the universities by the government, government and universities took charge of faculty's needs,so the sociality paid less attation to this problem.Under teacher employment system ,faculty are the employee of the universities ,not anything else ,who will protect their righter and interest?The system should base on the faculty's daily work and main characters,faculty job has the same meaning as the academic profession.The progresses are got from management and law theory,which do not reflect the essence .We can make use of the academic profession theory and analysis the faculty's main characters and finding out which kinds of factors are needed to protect their righter and interest system.By analyzing the professional particularity of the faculties, the faculties'rights and interest are concluded. Seeing about the actuality of the faculties'rights and interest protection under the teacher employment system in our country, the following problems are found: the inner rights and interest are ignored; the rights protection organizations are not exist; the approaches of rights redressing are not smooth; etc. To solve these problems, four suggestions of building the teachers'rights and interest protection system in the teacher employment system are put forward: firstly, put the legal relationship between the universities and faculties in order; secondly, renew the conception of employment; thirdly, adjust the content of faculities employment system; and finally, set up the organization of teaching profession. |
