The Study Of Social Exclusion On New Unemployed

Unemployment and reemployment are important economic, political and social problems in Chinese society. This paper bases on social exclusion theory as the backing, unites investigation data, conducts the real diagnosis research from the sociological angle of view to the new unemployment's realistic condition, analyses the realistic conditions of the society exclusions, causes the attention of government and the society regarding on this community's, provides the essential social rescue for them; And bases on the analysis, proposes the elimination exclusion politic suggestions, in order to provides the reference suggestion for the policy formulation and the system implementation.This paper altogether divides into five parts.The first part is the abstract.The second part, analyses the present situation of the new unemployed. First analyzes economical exclusion present situation on the new unemployed, includes the labor market's exclusions, the expense market's exclusions two aspects to carry on the elaboration. Next analyzes politics exclusions on the new unemployed, mainly includes lacks of the policy influence and the social security rights two aspects. Finally analyzes social relationship exclusion on the new unemployed, includes the difficulty which the society associated to carry on the elaboration.The third part, analyses the factors which the new unemployed were excluded. This part includes two parts: individual factors and the social factors two aspects. Individual factors mainly includes: the low education level, the non- work experience and the skill, individual psychological factors three aspects. Social factors mainly includes: elaboration social structure reforming, social security system vacancy two aspects reasons.The fourth part, obtains the way how to solve the problems on the new employed. Mainly includes two aspects carries on the analysis from individual. Individual aspect mainly includes the education stratification plane and the psychological stratification plane consummation. The social aspect mainly includes the consummation social security system, aspect adjustment economic structural and puts forward some politic proposals.The fifth part, draws the fundamental research conclusion, the discussion correlation question, proposes the research insufficiency.
