As China develops at the first stage of market economy, the changing society influences the various aspects of the school including its organization. Thus, the former management can't keep up with the changed school management and organization, and the management ideas and modes are being challenged. As for the faculty management in universities, inhuman and non-ethic management spreads over the aspects, such as ideas, systems, organization, operation and so on. Administration management ethicization is popular. The ethic effect is emphasized more and more in the management of all fields. During the management of universities, the administration body attaches importance to it. Although laws regulate the faculty management in universities, the administration body needs moral self-restriction to management the faculties. Based on the dual regulations of moral and law, the faculty management of the administration body goes well. The probe into the problem aims at improving theory of higher education and the development of management science, and it helps to advance the administration body's management and leadership to speed the reform of faculty management.With the guidance of administration ethic, the thesis analyzes the situation, sets forth theory and serves for the reality. Based on the power conflict theory, role conflict theory and interest conflict theory, the thesis researches into the environment of the corporation management system and ethic management system that is necessary for academic profession to exist and develop. It discloses the rule of faculty management of administration body at the time that China develops the modern university system.The thesis is made up of three parts as follows: first, talking about the duty of administration body to academic profession management and analyzing the characteristic of administration ethic and academic profession and the relationship between them. According to their characteristic, this part involves the duty appearing in the management process and concludes the problems in the condition of faculty appointment system. Second, discussing about the three conflicts of duty, that is, power conflict theory, role conflict theory and interest conflict theory. The part gives examples to solve the problems. Last, proposing the approaches of Administration management ethicization. The approaches are changing the management idea and insisting on man as principles, perfecting management system and showing equity and equality, cultivating morality and ethic self-determination, learning ethic knowledge and strengthening ethic idea and practicing ethic management.
