Research On The Employability Structure Of Career Grope And Foundation Periods

Today, the career boundary comes unclear, and the employment situation is more and more serious. So, the research of the employability is very important. The employers must definitude their selves' advantages and the lack of the employability to get a job succeed. The employees need a standard to evaluate the employers' capability. The career is a life-long process, can be divided into several stages. There are differences between the employability in different career periods.This research takes five questionnaires as the employability questionnaire to measure the employability of career grope and foundation periods. According to analyzing the data from survey, the model of the employability of career grope period and the model of the employability of career foundation period are founded. The model of the employability of career grope period contains 3 ingredients. They are Character, Career recognition and Social capital. The model of the employability of career foundation period contains 3 ingredients, too. They are Character, Boundaryless career consciousness and Social capital. There are several differences between two models.Give every component a weight through the mathematics method. Then the employability score can be calculated. It is found that in the career foundation period, male's score is higher than female's.
