Study On Competence Model Of Teaching Staff Of Specialized Course In Secondary Vocational Education

The situation of teaching staff in secondary vocational school is difficult. To solve the serious problems of burnout and low performance, the study tries to bring the competence model of enterprise human resource in the evaluation and development for teaching staff in secondary vocational education.On basis of literature review and survey, this paper uses qualitative and quantitative analytical methods, thus builds a basic framework. The first chapter, I simply introduce the origin of the research, including the background, the goal, the train of thought, the method, and define key concepts. The second chapter is the introduce the study on competency of teaching staff of secondary vocational education. The third chapter introduces the theory on competence of teaching staff both in and out of China. The fourth chapter introduces a series of competence theories which are analyzed from different dimensions such as connotation and presentation. The fifth chapter begins to build the competence model of teaching staff of specialized course in secondary vocational education. The process and the result are shown in this chapter. The result is 18 competence terms and their definition, key words, applicable scope and behavior examples. The sixth chapter is the introductions and application examples of the competence model. The seventh chapter is the conclusion of the study. The significance, the limitations and the follow-up of the study is shown in this chapter.The characteristics of this study is bringing the competence model of enterprise human resource in the evaluation and development for teaching staff in secondary vocational education, and building the competence model of teaching staff of specialized course in secondary vocational education based on a lot of actual research.
