Research On Present Problem And Strategy Of Education Of Skilled Workers In Guizhou Province

The education of skilled workers has demonstrated a vigorous situation in our country since entered the 21st century. It has been explicitly pointed in the report to the 16th National Congress of CPC that we should strengthen the vocational education and training, develop continual education and build the system of lifelong education. And we will bring up hundreds of millions of high-quality laborers, ten millions of specialized personnel and large quantities of excellent innovative talents. The education of skilled workers is the most characteristic and vigorous part of vocational education. In the east and central China and other developed provinces, the education of skilled workers plays an important role in developing regional economic. However, Guizhou province is located in the western area, which economic and society development increases so poor, as the less developed province, the development of education of skilled workers in Guizhou still exists some gaps compared with other regions, it is very significant to accelerating the economic social development of Guizhou province to promote the development of education of skilled workers actively.This paper, mainly through the methods of comparative study and case research, from the aspect of theory, defines the intension of education, vocational education and education of skilled workers, and expounds the characteristic, the principles and the ways of developing education of skilled workers. On the other hand, in the practicing aspect, determines the nature to the current situation of education of skilled workers of Guizhou province and the quantitative analysis, analyzes and researches development existing problem of education of skilled workers in Guizhou province. Developing the education of skilled workers is not only the requirement of regional economic and education development, but also the need of Western Development Strategy and of accelerating rural labor transfer. This paper also analyzes the successful experiences of development of the education of skilled workers in developed countries and regions and the development precedent of one school. Based on the experience of abroad and homeland, it tries to make the strategy of development of education of skilled workers that is fit for Guizhou situations, proposes the countermeasures and suggestions of development of education of skilled workers in Guizhou province.
