The Study On The Teacher's Practice Skill Training In Technician College

Highly skilled personnel are an important part of skilled workers in our country. And they are the backbone of the core team strength. They play an irreplaceable role during the course of accelerating industrial upgrade, enhancing enterprise competitiveness, promoting technological innovation and accelerating scientific and technological achievements transformation. As the cradle of highly skilled personnel-training, Technician Colleges take up the task of talent cultivation, technology developing. In the process, quality of the teacher's own practice skill in technician college plays a key role.In this study, the significance of the teacher's practice skill quality training was discussed firstly, based on the current practice of the quality of skills training for the entry point, for the status quo in order to explain the basis of the theory. Then the technician college teachers on the quality of practical skills training theory and the specific content were explained; From the perspective of both theoretical and empirical proof, the major factor which impact the technician college teachers' quality of practical skills training were demonstrated; Then we introduce advanced practical skills training of teachers of advanced experience at home and abroad; At last, proposals, about the culture strategy, training ways and the evaluation method, etc. were offered.
