In recent years, with the rapid growth of social and economic development, the demandfor employee is increasing, so as the requirements for graduate students, requiring graduatesto be well adaptable, capable, good comprehensive caliber, competent for the job as soon aspossible. Technician college as a professional institution to delivery skilled personnel toenterprises is still using the teaching concepts and teaching mode of value oretical teachingand devalues practice teaching, which is already unable to adapt to today’s trend. Above allthe majors, accounting major is of high practicalness, graduate students should have solidtheoretical knowledge as well as practical experience and ability to complete the practicaloperation in each job task. The goal of integration teaching of accounting major is inaccordance with business requirements and development needs of the work, typical designand development courses to the students in close conjunction with enterprise accounting tasks,focus on the students, and fully train their comprehensive ability. Therefore, the integrationteaching mode of accounting major solved the problem well.At present, research on the integration teaching of accounting major in technician collegeis still limited, and focus on theoretical research and guidance mostly. This paper take XingtaiTechnician College for example, on the basis of studying current situation and existingproblems in teaching, not only describes the guiding ideology of integrated curriculum designand organization and implementation, but also presents a detailed design and implementationof specific programs and discuss the effectiveness of integration teaching outcomes. Aims topromote the implementation of integrated teaching and provide universal significance forother mechanic colleges.The paper is divided into six parts. The first part mainly introduces the background,significance, current research and research innovation. The second part introduces theconnotation of integration teaching and the basic idea of the model from the theoretical level.The third part analyzed the current situation of the technician colleges’ accounting teachingand summarized the problems in the form of questionnaires. The fourth part take XingtaiTechnician College as example, introduces integrated teaching curriculum design of theaccounting major with a sequence of progressive layers in the timeline, and fromprophase(teachers and venue), metaphase(implementation steps), anaphase(assessment)aspects to describes how to organize the implementation of integration teaching. The fifth partexplore the results in three dimensions to students, teachers and school of integration teaching of accounting major in Xingtai Technician College. The sixth part based on theexperience of integration teaching of accounting major in Xingtai Technician College,summarized the conclusions and recommendations of integration teaching for other mechaniccolleges, and prospect the comprehensively promote of integration teaching in the future.
