The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of School-based Management In Primary And Secondary School Of China

Over the years our country carried on a new round of reform of basic education. The new curriculum reform should be practical and realistic, so we can really improve our educational quality. However, caused by slow development in it, and we lack the appropriate management concepts, knowledge and skills, there will be some deficiencies and problems in the process of implementation. Based on these, I reflect the current condition of school- based management in primary and secondary school in China, collect some information, and adopt multifarious methods, I write the thesis to offer how to implement the school- based management strategy effectively. This paper includes four parts. On the first part, I expatiate the content and reason of my study and provide measure. On the second part, I dissertate the school-based management concept and features. On the third part, I make a survey with the questionnaires to find the current problems and their reasons. On the fourth part, I seek measures to solve the problems, I give my suggestions.
