In the new curriculum reform in the fundamental education in China, there has been put forward a three-dimensional target of knowledge and techniques, processes and methods, emotions and values, the main purpose of which is to change the students' learning methods through this curriculum reform. This curriculum reform focuses on class quality with its standpoint on the classroom. So teachers ought to change their teaching methods to realize the three-dimensional target and variation of students' learning methods. The formation of "QNDZB" model in the commenting and appraising class of mathematics in middle schools, being a new teaching model aimed at the development of students, accords with current requirements.Based on the study of many scholars, this essay discusses the five characteristics in the commenting and appraising class, which are the natures of feedback, rectification, efficiency, extension and motivation. It has also done research into the three aspects that should be paid attention to in a commenting and appraising class. First, the teaching aim should be direct. Second, the stimulation and training of students' motivation should be valued, and thirdly, certain teaching methods should be well designed and mastered. Therefore, the "QNDZB" teaching model in the commenting and appraising class of mathematics in middle schools has been built up through systematic scientific ways. Centered around the five factors of theoretical basis, teaching aims, teaching processes, practical requirements as well as teaching assessment, the essay gives a full description of the commenting and appraising class of mathematics in middle schools. In particular, it has formed and made a corresponding practice of the classroom assessment system.It comes to a conclusion from our practice that it's quite available and efficient to carry out the "QNDZB" model in the commenting and appraising class of mathematics in middle schools. And this teaching model is already in use in Panyu District and the other districts in Guangzhou, which has a positive effect in improving the quality of commenting and appraising class of mathematics.
