In recent years, information technology and moral education have been attached the greatest importance. There have been many studies about moral education and information technology teaching. But there is still an extreme deficiency in treating the two as an entirety and exploring the relationship between the two subjects. This thesis is based on the theories of Constructivism and multi-intelligence as well as the theories of pedagogies and psychology. A series of studies, such as the theory study, comparison study and case study, have been performed based on the issue of high school information technology teaching penetrated with moral education. The study of this issue manifested great theoretical and realistic meanings.Information technology as a compulsory subject in high school, because of more practical, is often used as a purely technical course, while ignoring the human spirit and moral factors. Lack of moral teaching of information technology not only affects the quality of teaching, but also hindered the development of information literacy of students and the formation of good character, but also not conducive to the all-round development of students. In order to improve the status quo, the author proposed the moral education infiltration information technology teaching, according to the features of moral education and information technology teaching, and point out high school information technology teaching penetrated with moral education is reasonable and feasible. And to the character of information technology teaching penetrated with moral education. The author has discussed a series of theoretical issues, such as the characteristics of information technology teaching penetrated with moral education, with the penetration of moral education what demands will be claimed for information technology teachers, and how to design the teaching. The last part is the practice study based on the theories mentioned above. Two cases about information technology teaching penetrated with moral education have been demonstrated, analyzed and reflected. And then the author summarized and reflected the whole-year teaching practice, and pointed out some available problems in teaching, which need special considerations, with the hope that it can give the present teachers, who desire for the teaching theory and practiced experience, some enlightening.The result demonstrates that: with the penetration of moral education into high school information technology teaching, not only improve the result of information technology teaching, but also play a great role in promotion other subjects' study. Meanwhile it can also help the expansion of moral education in school, promoting students' overall development. It's an effective approach to improve the present situation of information technology teaching and moral education.
