In the reform of primary educational curriculums of China, the development of the school-based curriculums is becoming a focus. To realize the aim of school-based curriculums and obtain the educational purpose, some teaching and learning materials are developed and formed as media to carry out this kind of curriculums. Of course, all these steps are mainly conducted by teachers in schools. However, our school-based curriculums are not complete and mature because the development of them is started late. Many people also have some wrong ideas about it. Therefore, it is urgent to exploit effective textbooks. As an important part of the Essential-Quality-Oriented (EQO)Education, the main purposes of Senior physics textbooks are to satisfy the students' interest and personal development and improve the students' overall qualities. So in the process of exploiting the curriculums, schools should formulate specific course target based on the analysis to the teaching materials, including choosing proper contents, deciding how to present and so on. As far as the physics teaching is concerned, in order to realize the aim of physics teaching reform, teachers should conduct classes according to the course contents and the students' characteristics. The style of evaluation also should be different from the former, which was the one-way style, only focusing on the results not the process. Effectiveness and science will be outstanding. The essay aims to present the exploitation and implementation of the physics school-based course in our school by several practical cases. Besides that, I will propose the problems and solutions in the process.
