Aiming to improve students'comprehensive ability by adopting various studying methods, through effectively utilizing both social and school math resources, exploiting and implementing school-based curriculum that can both fulfills students'needs and development and embodies schools'characteristics performs an active role in promoting the present new curriculum reformation.The research object of the thesis paper is basing on the math SBCD (school-based curriculum development) of Nantong No. 1 middle school. By observing and analyzing the self value and educational function of math school-based curriculum, and conceptualizing the nature, idea, and function of the curriculum, the main purpose of the thesis paper is to selectively choose contents of school-based curriculum, design exploiting way of school-based curriculum, and have a try to develop school-based curriculum. Through design a method to implement the curriculum, the thesis tries to build an effective school-based mathematical curriculum model, and with the expectation of being put into practice to improve students'comprehensive mathematical ability.
