Research On Which Type Of Students Are Studying In The Higher Vocational Colleges In China

The higher vocational education is an indispensable constituent of higher education system in China, and the students who are studying in the Higher Vocational Colleges are extremely huge communities to accept the Higher Education. The research take the students of the Public Higher Vocational Colleges in China as the research object, and make an exploration analysis on the type of students of the Higher Vocational Colleges. The purpose of research is to learn which type of students are studying in the Higher Vocational Colleges, and which common characteristics do they have. Hoping the findings can provide some references for the students'training and administration of the Higher Vocational Colleges. The research utilize quantitative investigation method, mainly use the frequency distribution and the description statistical analysis.The findings separately from the family background, the interest, hobby and the ability, the individuality and the psychological characteristic three aspects to probe into the Higher Vocational Colleges'students. And had discovered that those students certain common characteristics to a certain degree, and pointed out the necessity and the urgency of carrying on the students'training and administration painstakingly, then have made the related theory explanation on the research conclusion. The research also put forward some suggestions to the future development and the reform strategy of the Public Higher Vocational Colleges in China. In the end, discussed the insufficiency of the research and give some suggestions for the future research.
