The teacher-student relationship is the most basic interaction between teachers and students in the teaching process of the school.The harmonious teacher-student relationship has great help to the improvement of the quality of students 'education and teaching,and is the basic premise and fundamental guarantee for students to obtain knowledge.With the continuous development of the social economy,the teacher-student relationship also faces a variety of shocks.From "from swimming" to "free",of course,it is related to many factors.Higher vocational colleges have the dual attributes of vocational education and higher education,and their teacher-student relationship has its own unique characteristics compared with other types.At present,the positive correlation between the teacher-student relationship and the quality of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges has not attracted the attention of many people.Through in-depth investigation and research of two higher vocational colleges in Xi'an,Shaanxi Province,the author adopts the literature research method to the predecessors.The views are classified and summarized.It is found that there is more research on teacher-student relationship,but less research on teacher-student relationship in higher vocational colleges.The goal of personnel training in higher vocational colleges is based on the application ability of vocational technology.This determines that it is more closely integrated with the needs of society.Firstly,the author combs the previous literature,defines the relevant concepts,summarizes the characteristics of teacher-student relationship in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the questionnaire and visit situation.This paper puts forward the way of constructing a new teacher-student relationship in higher vocational colleges through the investigation of the two typical vocational colleges in Xi'an,starting from the feelings and understandings of both students and teachers,and through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students.The analysis shows that the main problems that cause teacher-student relations in higher vocational colleges are: students 'diversity of value orientation,less time for teacher-student exchanges,dilution of student responsibility,interference in traditional education ideas,lack of teacher education and teaching ability,and lack of teacher personality.In this paper,the influencing factors of these problems are also analyzed.Finally,the author puts forward the path that should be chosen for the construction of a new type of teacher-student relationship: teachers,students,and schools should work together to build a new type of teacher-student relationship to adapt to the continuous development of the society and economy,and teachers should change their ideas.Strengthening self-repair.Students should establish correct values,world Outlook,outlook on life,and study;Teachers and students must constantly improve and jointly build a harmonious campus culture;The school should reform the management system of student organizations,open up the space for teacher-student exchanges,and ensure that the channels for teacher-student exchanges are unimpeded.The innovation point of this paper is that in many literatures that study teacher-student relations,this paper studies teacher-student relations in higher vocational colleges,which will have a certain reference value for how to improve the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges.
