Professional quality is the key factor in one’s career success or failure, college students of the Higher Vocational Colleges as the future teachers, their professional quality of teachers is the main occupation accomplishment, to which they learn in school knowledge and the formation of professional qualities, to a large extent determines whether they shoulder the sacred mission in the country and the people given the future career, is directly related to the cultivation of the quality of the next generation.
