The level of College teachers and the degree of their enthusiasm to bring into play are directly related to the quality of talent training and related to self-development of colleges and universities as well. With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities and the more serious social competition, the needs and demands of the society for the advanced education gradually grow more and more. Therefore, how to improve the overall level of teaching staff, teaching quality and the level of scientific research of colleges and universities have become the core of their management in the colleges and universities..Teacher training, as one of two important types of investment in human capital, undertakes the important task of cultivating the top professionals and knowledge innovation in the strategic layout of vigorously developing our country by science and education, which possesses the extremely important position in the development of human resources in colleges and universities. The training of college teachers in our country has explored for a couple of decades and achieved desirable success, but in reality it still lacks of fund, is short of patterns, its objective is indefinite, the content is unitary, the way is old and unsystematic, its managing system needs perfecting, all of which to some extent restricts and influence the development and improvement of the level of our country to run college and university. On the other hand, the economic analysis of its performance hasn't been attached importance to and there is a weaker management in its performance.This essay attempts to explore and reply to three questions: why we should make an economic analysis of the performance of teacher training of the colleges and universities in our country, how to conduct the economic analysis of it and how to improve the performance of it on the basis of the history and reality of teacher training of our country and to construct the basic framework of the essay in conform to the theories of pedagogy and industry economics. By the study the essay also gives some advice on how to perfect the policy of its performance on the basis of clarifying the necessity and importance of its economic analysis and through the study and probe into the index of the economic analysis, evaluation system and methods. The systematic and scientific analysis makes the level of its performance clear, which also improves the level of its overall performance and the overall strength of it through a series of relevant measures. With the guidance of the value of scientific development, the essay provides the theoretic support for promoting the work of new period teacher training of colleges and universities.
