The educational reform and development in the new era puts forward higher requirements for the overall quality of teachers. Meanwhile, the training of teachers plays an important role in promoting the related theoretical knowledge and the teaching skills of teachers. Therefore, the research and practice in the training of teachers has always been a significant field that the teaching professionals and the educational administrative departments study and pay attention to. China from2008began to implement large-scale national training programs for primary and secondary school teachers, which was abbreviated to "the national training plan". Up to now the national training plan2009and the national training plan2010-2012have been fulfilled respectively. Then what are the consequences of such large-scale national training of teachers? What is the proportional relationship between its inputs and outputs? Performance Technology is a set of procedures and methods that use systematic thinking to solve human performance problems. It has been used in enterprise training. Likewise, can it bring about a shift from the attention to the training of teachers to performance? The thinking on the above-mentioned series of questions is the direct purpose and motivation of the thesis.The article studies the training of teachers, performance technology as well as the migration between them by means of using the methods of literature study, questionnaire survey, interview, online interview, and case study respectively. It is divided into the following five parts:the first part is to raise the problem, elaborating on the research motivation and purposes of the thesis, together with some methods and challenges; the second part focuses on the theory that is the summarization and evaluation and analysis of the training of teachers and performance technology; the third part studies performance analysis and cause analysis of the training of teachers in information technology in "the national training plan" organized by the Teacher’s Education Center of Hebei Normal University; the fourth part is on the design of the intervening measures; the fifth part is the conclusion and the outlook section, drawing the main conclusion and the outlook for the future study.
