The employment psychology of the college students means all kinds of psychological phenomenon that is produced during the process when the college students considering employment problems, preparing to get a job and hunting a job and its creation, changing and development are more complicated. With the employment system of the college students in our country being turning gradually from past mode that the job is arranged by the state to present one that the job is hunted by oneself, The employment psychology of the college students produced a series of changes and it also brought important influence for the college students to get employment smoothly. The college students are precious human resources in our country and main power for our socialism modernization development. The status of employment psychology of the college students not only matters most the smooth employment of the college students and the Colleges' employment guiding, but also the reform progress of the higher education and the socialism modernization development. And by the horizontal comparison of the psychology employment of the west college students with psychology employment of college students in middle and east region we also got a certain understanding and grasp for the general trend of the college students'employment psychology. Then we analyzed the factors that affect the employment psychology of the west college students. Finally we discussed and analyzed the way to optimize employment psychology of the west college students.
