The Evaluation System Research On Scientific Management Of University Focusing On Scientific Research

Entering twentieth century -knowledge economy era, one problem which is focusing on government of every country and higher education is the establishment and development of university focusing on scientific research national innovation capacity and core competence. Science is the centre status of the university focusing on scientific research, and it is the important base of developing theory and deploying the front edge of advanced science and technology. But there are still some management problems in the universities of our country, especially these universities establish the model which were presented a great amount of good policy and supported capital. At present, China is in the state of sharply change, the university focusing on scientific research need to find the way from the requirement of the interior and exterior and complex contradiction, and keep up with the new time and adapt the changing of the society at the same time. Universities in our country face the new challenge about scientific management.This article analyzes and expatiates the management evaluation system and relating theory of the university focusing on scientific research. It sets forth the experiences and lessons of home and abroad and takes apart administrant actuality of ours. With knowing the scientific management problems and analyzing the environment, we establish the evaluation model and system of scientific management.This article adopts AHP to calculate on the basis of the assessing model and educes the important degree of AHP. It is provided with actuality applications mobilizing this model Harbin Engineering University.
