Construction Of The International Interactive Platform For The Management And Training Of Outsourcing Teachers In Higher Vocational Colleges

This paper mainly analyses the training environment of outsourcing teachers of higher vocational colleges, and constructs a platform of management and cultivation for outsourcing teachers from the perspective of net interaction. Establishing and Implementing this platform, can broaden our horizons of choosing outsourcing teachers and be good for the outstanding talents to demonstration their ability, therefore, it will raise a group of high quality and professional outsourcing teachers in that better conditions; it Increases the transparency of choosing ways by put them under the social, school, populace and public opinion'surveillance; Simultaneously, it Enriches and develops the varieties of methods of talented persons, which is advantageous in promoting the whole development of colleges'human resources.Chapter one mainly introduces the engaging environment, raising environment of domestic and foreign higher vocational colleges, and elaborates the important meaning of valuing of the development of outsourcing teachers in colleges, based on which come up with the problems and research aims of this paper.Chapter two researches the analyses of System requirements, and proposes the need of the construction of network interaction platform, from the perspectives of the shortcomings of management systems in domestic and foreign higher vocational colleges, the Characteristic and development demand of outsourcing teachers, and the Network platform'superiority.Chapter three mainly elaborates the hardware environment as well as development tools of demands of constructing the platform.,Chapter four and chapter five are the main body part of this paper, which cope with the design, development and implementation of net interaction platform which manages and cultivates the outsourcing stuff. From the design point of view, it elaborates the very parts of guiding ideology, design principles, system design and detailed design, with emphasis on elaborating three big modules, the functions'devise and realize of the construction of network interaction platform system.The final conclusion part is the summary to this paper, Points out the insufficiency in this research and the next step for the concrete work plan.
