Secondary Vocational education is aimed to educate hundreds of millions of high quality workers, who master certain operational skills. In course arrangement, it requests close combination of teaching knowledge and fostering capability, sticks to the principle of"proficient in theory, excellent in skill", and sets up a teaching course system, in which ,take being employed as guidance, take mastering the skill as the core, and take capability as the basis. However, in Handan ,such kind of school's course arrangement is relatively falling behind, and can't satisfy this objective .This essay uses methods of demonstration ,teaching investigation, analysis and research ,teaching experience summary and so on, and also use"learning field"course scheme of German's"DYS"for reference ,as well as our country's advanced Vocational course arrangement mode, broad basis, flexible pattern, so making out a comparison on course arrangement among several such schools in Handan, and finally pointing out the main problems ,in proportion, class hour of the culture foundation course is much more , and the specialized course is less. In specialized course, the theory course's class hour is more, and the practical course is less. Moral education is less, and is poor in content."Take service as purpose ,and take being employed as the guidance,"aiming at this policy of running vocational schools, combining real situation of Handan ,and comparing course arrangement's advantages and disadvantages of these school, this essay summarize a standard that such school's course arrangement reform should follow: reduce proportion of culture foundation course's class hour and increase the specialized course's .Reduce the theory course of the specialized course and increase the practical course of the specialized. Enhance moral education of the secondary vocational school and improve its comprehensive quality.
