| The National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,issued in February 2019,elevated the education reforms of the teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods to a strategic level.Teachers are the main body of the reform,and their enthusiasm and initiative to participate in the reforms of vocational education affect the effectiveness.Therefore,exploring the participation of teachers in the reforms of secondary vocational schools has become an urgent topic to be solved to improve the quality of vocational education and promote the reforms of vocational education.Taking the accounting affairs major of Q Vocational School in Hebei Province as an example,this study explores the problems encountered by teachers in the process of participating in the reform and proposes corresponding solutions.Firstly,guided by the theory of teacher professional development,constructivism theory and reflective teaching theory,this thesis comprehensively uses the literature analysis method to collect and sort out the research status of the reforms,teaching material reforms,teaching method reforms and teacher professional development at home and abroad.Secondly,using the questionnaire method,interview method and observation method,taking the teachers majoring in accounting affairs of a secondary vocational school in Hebei Province as the research objects,the basic situation of accounting affairs teachers participating in the "three education reform" was comprehensively understood,and it was found that in the process of participating in the reforms,there were misunderstandings in the understanding of the reforms,low willingness to participate,adherence to traditional teaching methods,lack of secondary processing of teaching materials,and lack of effective ways for professional development.Based on this,based on the results of questionnaire survey,online interview and classroom observation,from the perspective of accounting affairs teachers in secondary vocational schools,specific strategies to promote teachers’ participation in the "three education reform" are proposed.Specifically,teachers should change their own concepts,enhance their sense of professional honor and responsibility,and strengthen the centripetal force of learning;In the use of teaching materials,it is necessary to make use of cases,make sufficient use of resources,and be good at secondary development of teaching materials;In the application of teachings,it is necessary to adopt new teaching methods,use new technologies,and establish a "dual" evaluation system.Secondary vocational schools should also optimize the teaching environment and provide a platform for teacher development.The school and teachers work together to ensure the smooth implementation of the "three education reform" and promote the high-quality development of the accounting affairs profession. |
