In order to develop higher vocational education, there must be an integrated high quality, reasonable structure, to adapt to the development of higher vocational education teachers. Teachers are teaching the most basic construction, is to improve the quality of higher vocational education in our country the fundamental guarantee for the development of higher vocational education in the capital, but also the development of our country and accelerate the socio-economic basis for economic development, but also higher vocational education reform in China and development plans.
