Local curriculum resource is an important part of the local course. To develop it is the key to realize the new curriculum ideas and enhance the adaptation to curriculum in all areas. Particularly, in an information age, to information the local curriculum resource will be the best way to the develop curriculum resources of Xinjiang. Xinjiang is a region with converged multi-cultural, colorful natural resources extensively exists in every corner of society. To develop local curriculum resource of Xinjiang should keep up with the pace of Informationization of Xinjiang Education, and find actively new ideas and new Methods for the local curriculum resource informationization in Xinjiang.The paper starts on with informationization of the local curriculum resource of Xinjiang. At first,all the concept,such as the local curriculum, resources, curriculum resources and local curriculum resources are defined,also the characteristics and classification of local curriculum resources are discussed. Then, Xinjiang local resources development status is Analysised, According to the Xinjiang Education Information background, we hold that to information local curriculum resources the best way to develop local curriculum resources. From a macro point of view, we should know the development mechanism of Xinjiang local resources development, also its frame, driving force which assure the system toward a specific goal of running, and try to construct it. From a perspective of the concept, to develop local curriculum resources, we should understand what resources can be incorporated into the local curriculum resources, the paper Analysis the education philosophy, learning theory, teaching the theory which the development of curriculum resources are relied on and try a screening model of building of the local curriculum resources. From the micro perspective, to information local curriculum resources must be in accordance with standards for resources, the paper focused on how to describe the resources and its conversion, and try to build a description and transformation model of the local curriculum resources information.In the final assessment and future prospects, this study described the innovation of the study ,also the problem needs to be improved. At last give a number of recommendations to further research work.
