Through literature, survey and statistics and the logic of the law, this essay conducts empirical research on the secondary school PE teacher's capability in classroom teaching management.Based on teachers' capability in classroom teaching management, combined with PE teachers' professional characteristics and on the basis of open questionnaires and interviews, I sketch a theoretical model of the secondary school PE teacher's capability in classroom teaching management and make "Secondary School PE Teacher's Capability in Classroom Teaching Management Scale. "Firstly, I make tests with this scale for its reliability and validity. Then I use the scale to conduct a research on the Fuji an secondary schools PE teacher, analyzing the characteristics of secondary school PE teacher's capability in classroom teaching management.The results are as followings: (1) PE teachers' capability in classroom teaching management consists of five dimensions: the capability of self-management, the management capability over the students, teaching content management capability, powerful classroom organization and management skill, classroom teaching and learning environment management capability. (2) Secondary school PE teacher's capability in classroom teaching management is on the medium level, still to be further improved. (3) In terms of gender, there is no significant differences existing in secondary school PE teacher's capability in classroom teaching management. (4) In terms of age, the significant differences still exists in secondary school PE teacher's capability in classroom teaching management. (5) In terms of academic degrees, there are significant differences in secondary school PE teachers' capability in classroom teaching management, but I do not means that the higher academic degrees they get, the higher management capability they have. (6) In terms of the school type, the higher level the school is, the higher management capability this school's teachers have.(7) In terms of the school's location, there are significant differences in secondary school PE teachers' capability in classroom teaching management teachers from urban areas have higher capability than those from towns, and towns higher than the rural areas.
