Study On Effectiveness Teaching On Politics Against The Background Of New Curriculum

Politics is a subject set up according to the demand of the country and society, aiming at cultivating students' ideology and morality. It plays an important role in school education. Based on the fact that some low efficiency or even inefficiency of Politics teaching still exsit in the new curriculum, how to improve the effectiveness of Politics becomes a well-concerned subject among scholars.Firstly, this essay briefly elaborates the general concept of effectiveness and it analyses the meaning and content of effective teaching on Politics from an angle of three dimensional in the new curriculum.Secondly, it explains the factors which will influence the effectiveness from the four aspects: teachers, students, contents and assessment. Combined with the current teaching practice, it also points out the problems of the aspects above and the reasons.Finally, this essay puts forward the strategy on how to strenthen the effectiveness on Politics teaching. That is, to improve techers quality to discover new teaching method; to develop interactive and harmonious relationship between students and teachers, centered on the subjectiveness of students; to go back to life to enhance the efficiency of Politics teaching; to construct scientifical assessment system to raise efficiency.The main study approach of the essay: observation method, case study method, literature research and summary experience.
