Teachers of school-based teacher training is a new form of job training,which is accompanied by a wave of education reform and teacher professionalism.The 20th century,our country began to explore the school-based training of teachers in the 1980's. School-based training for teachers is a form of in-service training of teachers,which meets the development goals and the needs of educational administration at the function department and department of planning and under the guidance of teachers in schools mainly for the basic unit.At present,the quality of basic education teachers in our country still can not fully adapt to the quality of basic education curriculum reform,particularly in rural areas,where show this contradiction.School-based training,which is to improve professional standards of teachers,will help the smooth progress of curriculum reform of basic education;there is conducive to promote the professional development of teachers;At the same time,School-based training teachers in rural areas meet the needs of personalized training.This article,taking Lu'an City, Anhui Province as an example,through the use of a questionnaire survey and interviews to investigate Lu'an City,Anhui Province.based training of rural primary and secondary school teachers are analyzed in order to improve the Lu'an City,Anhui Province-based training of rural primary and secondary school teachers,and promote rural professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.The full paper is divided into four parts:Introduction,overview of the reasons of the study,literature review,research significance,research ideas,focus and methods difficult.The first part,Lu'an City,Anhui Province-based training of rural primary and secondary school teachers the status quo,through the use of questionnaires,interview and documentation analysis,which shows the present situation is that lack of comprehensive understanding of school-based training;lack of systematic training and targeted,can not meet the needs of trainees;training methods is single,which is difficult to achieve the content of school-based training;not enough to improve the management of school-based training,which is difficult to provide school-based training of teachers by need external protection;lack of cooperation among teachers, which is difficult to provide training for school-based culture of cooperation.The second part,the current school-based training of rural primary and secondary school teachers due to the problem exist:the traditional model of the impact of the planned economy;one-sided understanding of school-based training,a lack of effective training content and training methods;the lack of teachers,school-based training required for the cultural atmosphere of cooperation;lack of proper teacher school-based training management system.The third part,to improve the rural primary and secondary school-based teacher training;A comprehensive understanding of school-based training should be needed.selection suitable training content,and improve training methods are useful; Guiding the active cooperation of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas, cultivating a culture of cooperation is needed;Establishing and improving school-based training management system,which makes a contribution to school-based training of teachers and efficient protection operation.
