Adult education in rural areas takes on the important tasks which relate to farmer's knowledge and skills education, science education, ideological and moral education, life education; raise the ideological and political, scientific and cultural qualities for rural adult; and promote rural economic and social development. The quality of Adult education teachers in rural areas have a direct impact on the effect of farmer training. So have a number of high-quality teachers in rural adult education is an important guarantee to do a good job in the work of adult education .From the perspective of educational researchers, few chapter of them have been involved in the quality of teachers about adult education in rural areas . What's more, some of the researches are lack of in-depth investigations, not from the actual situation and realistic difficulties of the rural adult education teachers' development. As a result, they are not able to demonstrate the specificity of the teaching profession about adult education in rural areas and the results lack practical significance.Firstly, drawing on existing research, this study was based on rural realities. Through investigation and interviews which about rural adult education teachers, farmers and the education sector to make a comprehensive understanding of the practical situation of teachers in rural areas. Secondly, it reference to relevant research data, and work out "Rural Adult Education Teacher Quality Survey Questionnaire", which refers to the investigation to rural area adult education teachers' quality situation. Thirdly, it makes a statistical analysis of survey results and a summary of the discussion of adult education teachers in rural areas the quality of the current situation and problems. What's more, it excavates the real difficult position hindering the rural area adult education teachers from developing; bring forward method and tactics improving rural area adult education teachers' quality. The full text is divided into five parts:Part I: Introduction. Have an analysis of the background, purpose, significance and methods of this study; clearly defined the scope of the study and key concepts; it is on the existing literature has done a basic card, to clarify the concept of research.Part II: Current situation inquires into rural area adult education teacher quality. Through the preparation of questionnaires, testing, statistical processing of data ,to have an analysis of the quality of the status quo of adult education teachers in rural areas ,and find out the problem of teacher's quality . Such as the basis of imperfect knowledge; a lack of theoretical knowledge related to education, the obsolescence educing concept; insufficient development of curriculum resources; the phenomenon disparity in age appearing on professional sentiment, ect.Part III: The reality plight of hindering rural area adult education teachers to enhance their quality .This part from the countryside, farmers and the rural realities of adult education to start, respectively, from the traditional concepts, rules and regulations, Security conditions and aspect to teachers themselves, ect. To analyze relevant reasons on hindering the enhancement about the quality of teachers.Part IV: Rational thinking related to improvement teachers' quality of the rural area adult education. Analysis focused on the reality of the situation of adult education teachers in rural areas, and made the fundamental quality that the teachers must prepare for clear. It starts with the angle that the teachers' development, to discuss the feasible route improving teachers' quality.Part V: Methods and countermeasures of improving the quality of teachers in rural areas of adult education .For the problems found in the survey and rational thinking to improve the quality of teachers in adult education in rural areas .The parts of the system from a macro level, in view of the security conditions and micro-level aspects of the teachers put forward their own, to brought forward concrete method and countermeasure of lifting rural area adult education teaching body.
