Research On Community Governance Model Of Liao Ning Province

The community is one kind of organization form of city grass-roots unit society.It is bringing the irreplaceable effect in the city social development.To stay the whole society firmly based on the development of a perfect community,we will continue to maintain their consistency,coordination society which is more likely to move toward healthy and sustainable path of development.In our country's blueprint for a harmonious society,the sustainable community governance at the national administration of the unique position of the chain is more and more important.So the innovation of the city community governance is not only related the community construction and development,but also be the key link being related to society beneficial development.This thesis is using the status of Liaoning Xinggongjiuwei District as a sample, based on the model of public management domain multi-central government theory foundation,combine with our country new change and new practice governing aspect at present in city community,reference the rational factor of aboard city community government,suggest that harmonious our city community should adopt multi-central government pattern.There are mainly four parts in this thesis.Part one is to elaborate the relative issues of community govemance,including reasons,concept,target,view and innovation.Part two expounds the relevance concept and the theory of community governance.Part three is written about the situation,problems and the reasons of community govemance of Liaoning province.By studying on Shenyang Xinggongjiuwei community govemance and discussing the advantages and disadvantages of community governance mode of Liaoning province.Part four is discussed how to build a harmonious community interactive multi-governance model and elaborate the meaning and basic characteristics of the interactive relationship between multiple actors.At last analysis the approach of building the interactive multi-governance model of Liaoning province and give some suggestions.Interactive relationship between multiple actors is the effect mode to comply harmonious community,with progress and development of the social and the improvement of community self-government awareness.How to play a real function by the actors of interactive multi-governance in the community will be the great value of the theory and practice of system issues.
