Teachers specialization is the trend of the world teacher education development and the requirement of our country's teacher education reform. The heart of teachers specialization pursues not only the state and the right of profession but also the professional development. Based on the education of all one's life, Gardner's theory of multiple intelligent, we explore the internal structure of profession and view it from five aspects: professional theory, professional knowledge, professional capability, professional moral character, renovation of ourselves and innovative consciousness. Then we analyze questions in internal structure of profession of mathematical teachers in high school, the further considerations are the training mode of teacher education, the arrangement of curriculum of mathematics education in higher normal school and put some of them in teaching.
