Research On The Contemporary University Policy And The Internal Leadership System In China

The policy of the government is important for the development of universities.The changes of the internal leadership system also reflect the characteristics of ages.It is of great significance for China to deal with the relationship between the government and the universities and to establish the university institutions that suit the law of the modern university.Since the found of the PRC,there have been several repetitions in the past tens of years.It has developed a lot over this period.The problem with the relationship between the government and the higher institutions is the main content of the university policy.Solving the problem can improve the development of the university.It is of great significance for the higher institution to develop healthily.The internal leadership system in our country shows many different characteristics.At the beginning of the found of the People's Republic of China,our government is in charge of higher institutions more often than what it should be.As a result,the universities cannot have the right of its own.With the social economy developing,it is necessary for the government to adjust the relationships between them.With the development of the social economy,we put more emphasis on the university policy and the internal leadership system.The government should take notice of its own functions to serve the higher education.The institutions of higher education are supposed to solve its own problem under the government's policy.Both the government and higher institutions should be in necessary charge according to the educational policy of the Party and the relevant laws.This paper is made up of five parts.The first part studies the meanings about some definitions of the conceptions;the second part analyzes the university policy and the internal leadership system from the beginning of the PER'S to the.the preceding of the Cultural Revolution;the next part mainly studies the university policy and the internal leadership system during the Cultural Revolution;the fourth part is about the university policy and the internal leadership system after the reform and the opening-up;the last part is the foreign experience and the inspire to our country,it also includes the summary about our country in the university policy and the internal leadership system.
