Perspectives On Campus Cultural Construction In Universities Of Science And Technology

With the development and progress of science and technology,campus culture pays more and more important role in personnel training.In this paper,the construction of campus culture is planned to start from analyzing the features and status of campus cultural construction of Science and Technology University based on campus culture of system,campus culture of spirit and campus culture of material, from which I find out the strengths and weaknesses of campus cultural construction in Universities of Science and Technology.At the same time,I take advantage of several colleges and universities at home and abroad to analyze and sum up their prominent characteristics and successful experience on campus cultural construction,which is expected to have good impact on campus cultural construction in Universities of Science and Technology in our country.Then,Universities of Science and Technology in China will take more progress on campus cultural construction and achieve better ability to serve for cultivating the students with creative ability,creative thinking,strong sense of social responsibility and the courage to open up a new era.Specific contents of this article are as follows:In chapterâ… ,I sum up all articles at home and abroad which are related to campus cultural construction and then analyze the present trend and content of campus cultural construction and finally find out the blind spot about it -- perspectives on campus cultural construction in universities of science and technology.From this,I establish the direction of this paper and clear out the purpose and significance of it.In chapterâ…¡,I mainly analyze the meaning of campus culture and take a further step to illustrate the meaning of campus culture based on campus culture of system,campus culture of spirit and campus culture of material.Meanwhile,I make an analysis of the functions, characteristics and constructing contents of campus culture.In chapterâ…¢,I analyze and sum up the characteristics and status of campus cultural construction in Universities of Science and Technology and then find out their strengths and weaknesses.In chapterâ…£,I analyze and sum up the successful experience on campus culture of several colleges and universities at home and abroad with empirical research.
