With the fast development of economy,there are more and more people getting higher income the fitness industry becomes more popular,there are more and more fitness corporation chains developed,they are not satisfied with the achievement obtained.They hope to use efficient ways to enlarge the scale,enhance the strength and get more profits.That is why franchise chain operation has become more and more popular by managers and developed very quickly.The author choose the impulse club as the research object of the thesis. Firstly,the thesis introduce the operation mode which impulse club have adopted.Secondly,the author use the method of SWOT to analyse the case and conclude the experience and shortage in franchise operation of the club,then bring forward some relevant development strategies.Finally,the thesis try to design a reasonable franchise chain operation mode of fitness club based on the franchising operation theory,and provide some theory referee for fitness corporations which would like to join the area of franchising.Through research,there are several conclusions as follows:(1)Now in china,there are many famous fitness corporations which adopt the mode of chain operation.under such trend,the competition in current fitness industry become more and more fierce,so that the club have to face large challenge.(2)Brand is the precondition of the comercial fitness clubs which adopt the mode of franchising chain operation,but at present some fitness clubs have't paid much attention to manage and protect the brand of clubs.Accordingly,the brand credit was damaged so that the profit of franchisor and franchisee was lost.(3)At present,the system construction of franchise chain in china remain imperfect,some so-called franchise chain fitness corporations lack scientific and mature franchising system,and they have' t given enough support to the franchisee.Under such situation,the operation and service management in franchise chain clubs fall into confusion,and that damage the whole impression of the brand.(4)How to investgate and analyse the object market exactly,and how to choose the right place and other basic decision process,all that will direct]y influence the construction of franchise chain system of the fitness club.Some fitness corporations must attach importance to these problems.(5)Talents is core foundation of franchise chain operation mode adopted by the fitness corporations.But nowadays,many fitness corporations in china have to face such a situation that many talents leave the club due to some factors.If the problem can' t be dealt with,the franchisee will not get enough Support from the franchisor including technology and management support.Nowadays,the fitness clubs in china develop quickly,the management skills get more progress,but there is a big gap comparing to some multinational chain fitness corporations such as powerhouse,bally.Therefore,chain fitness corporations in china really need to know their deficiency and shortcoming,and explore an efficient way to success.
