Shanghai,as China's economic and cultural well-developed one of the city,sports fitness club also developed rapidly,but health club at Shanghai's development is still in the initial stage,so its all aspects of the development is still quite imperfect,and there are many of the questions.Therefore,the thesis taking the measures of literature survey,field visits and other research methods,on the basis the of value chain management theory,combined with a number of advanced management thought,drawing on relevant research results at home and abroad,discusses Shanghai commercial health club value chain management theory.First,it carries on the elementary theory and the value chain research outline;Secondly,it conducts a survey of commercial health club basic status in Shanghai and finds that which widespread exists issues,such as lack of advanced value chain management and enterprise culture,market research is not adequate, inadequate information management,sales and other means highlighting single;Third, to conduct value activities analysis and evaluate the value chain in Shanghai commercial health club;Finally,under the guidance of the value chain,building Shanghai commercial health club value chain management system,the specific line of thought is:to re-examine the club's management system,taking the value chain theory as the guiding ideology,to build a customer-centric and taking customer satisfaction for the value trend value creation-type club which through the value creation mechanism,the value evaluation mechanism and the value distribution mechanism combined effect,seeking the club sustainable development and the achievement of the club to maximize long-term value.through the value activities analysis of the Shanghai commercial health club,the strategic link that club really creates value and may establishes the competitive advantage is:product design and development,marketing,customer service and human resources management and so on.For this reason this paper proposes the following:the relevant functional departments to play a leading role in unique guide, planning,support the development of commercial health club,while the relevant departments to carry out the proposed research project;Shanghai,the commercial health club should be based on the actual situation,to establish and optimize its own value chain system,shaping the the club of creative value in pursuit of sustainable development;Commercial health club should be the core competence of the club and other competitive advantages to manage the club to pursuit the value of customer satisfaction for the trend,through the value of creation mechanism,the value of the evaluation mechanism and the value of the allocation mechanism combined effect to achieve the club to maximize long-term comprehensive benefits.Through research,aims to improve the health club business in Shanghai's effectiveness,efficiency,and to provide a reference for the long-term development system establishment,as well as other parts' reference model of the development of commercial health club management.
