The commercial fitness club, under the situation that the fitness trend just like strong wind blow the all the corner of the world, and booming greatly. In recent years, the commercial fitness club set up dramatically, and Chinese fitness club is under the developmental time. At the developmental time, we will face and confront the sustaining development and excellent circulation’s problem.With the improvement of people’s consciousness, china forms the national fitness’s situation. This kind of consciousness provides very perfect condition and media for the existence and development of fitness club. With the usage of the advance conception and modal of value chain of management for fitness club, making the core competence constantly improve and enhance. At the same time, it also brings the new blood and dynamic for the traditional management conception and modal of commercial fitness club.Through the bibliography interview inspection and case, I analyze the commercial fitness club’s core competence of value chain management. For one point, I analyze the development of the commercial fitness club, and I found that the conception of management has strong influence on the future of commercial fitness club. Value chain management as the most advanced conception and modal, it has immerse effect on improving the core competence and creating the value of the commercial fitness club through bringing and using the advanced conception and modal of value chain management. So how to avail the value chain management is becoming the core theme of improving the core competence of commercial fitness club. The conclusion shows that: when I study the modal of management of the commercial fitness club, I found that all the section lack the relation with each other. Every section is lost the loose and without cooperation. And emphasis is so obscure and do not know which section will be paid more attention. With the imitation blindly, the development is so slow and lag behind another country. For the improvement of the situation and determination, it deserves keeping and encouraging. There is long way to go, we should study and analyze every section of the value chain management. So we can guarantee that it will improve the core competence of commercial fitness club. For creating the value, it is the final goal and destination.
