With society,economy and culture development,national economic strength and people consume-horizon rise,people's conception changed gigantically,attaching more importance to the health of physical and psychology and more importance to the quality of living standard.Also attaching more importance to the knowledge about science body-building, healthy life-style in the process of body-building.This research used questionnaire,documentation,case study,logical analysis,aiming at knowledge need current situation carries out a countermeasure in notion exploitation,theory construct base point, marketing tactics develop aspects the mainly study conclusion as follows:1.Education Marketing in commercial fitness clubs need to possess the long-term benefits,science fitness,human resources concept.2.Education Marketing in commercial fitness clubs is apply the education conception to the marketing,is marketing on the perspective of consumer demand,and its theoretical basis points should include: Education Marketing logical starting point-knowledge demand;Education Marketing' main exploitation-knowledge products and services;the goal of the education marketing-customer satisfaction;prerequisite for the development of education marketing-Construction of knowledge and cultural resources;the guarantee of education marketing-learning organization and team building.3.Survey status quo of members and staff demand on part of Beijing commercial fitness clubs:(1)98 percent of the membership exist demanding of knowledge.(2) the demand of member manifest in the level of safety knowledge,health-related knowledge;staff needs reflect on service capabilities and scientific fitness knowledge.(4) The needs of staff and member convergent in theory.(5)staff and members have lower satisfaction to the obtained knowledge. 4.Based on the study of part of Beijing commercial fitness clubs,the education marketing strategy is:marketing education curriculum development strategy-the development of knowledge resources and the development of knowledge products;education marketing platform construction strategy-construction of marketing management platform; education marketing service delivery strategy-upgrade knowledge service to meet consumer demand.5.Education Marketing in part of Beijing commercial fitness clubs can designed form demand management level,education marketing concept level, education marketing strategy.
