| With the rapid development of science and technology, knowledge and talent, the national quality and innovation, become more and more important for economic growth and social development. The comprehensive quality of college students is also a big event that related to the national development and the future of the country. The development of management and evaluation of people comprehensive quality is widely usede in human resource management, and it has a great reference to The comprehensive quality evaluationin of college students and makes it more scientific and accurate.The new classification of College and univercities is formed after the combination and reorgnization in our contary. The Comprehensive and Research-orented Univercities are a type of them. They have some superiorities and advantages in talent training.so,the training objective of these universities is really worth thinking by the university managers.In view of above problems,this paper takes Lanzhou University for example, use the method of comprehensive quality evaluation, the first part introduces the background and significance of the reaserch,the second part introduces the current situation of the research on college students' comprehensive quality both at home and abroad.then illustrates the main feature of the Comprehensiv and Research-orented univercities and propose their goals of talent training.In the next part,the paper explains the meaning of "comprehensive quality Evaluation of college students",and proposes index systerm with AHP method. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is employed in the evaluation process.at last,the writer proposes the method and implementation procedures of the cmprehensive quality evaluationin of the comprehensive and research-orented univercities.
