A Study Of The Building Of College-Enterprise Cooperative Teaching Staff In Higher Vocational Education

Since reform and opening-up, the vocational education of China has been developed rapidly, and the effect of the building of teaching staff of vocational educational is obvious. In recent years, the country has put forward higher and newer request for the building of the teachers' staff of vocational education while developing vocational education in a more cost-effective manner. Especially to the problems that the teaching staff of vocational education generally have low practical skills, single ability structure, and they are absent of practical experiences, etc. Build teaching staff in higher vocational colleges becomes one of important research subjects. Build teaching staff through college enterprise cooperation is not only simple and direct but high effective, college—" enterprise cooperation is important way in building teaching staff of higher vocational education .This paper examines the fundamental features and objectives of higher vocational education firstly, and then concludes the requirements to educators and teaching staff in higher vocational education industry. It also analyzes the Characteristic and significance of college - enterprise cooperative teaching staff building and makes a deep analysis of current problems, then proposes teaching staff building objectives of the vocational college for the future. To summarize, this paper has been written to provide helpful advice on staff building of higher vocational education, which would be of significant to the quality assurance and promoting the reform and development in China' s higher vocational education.
