Scarcity of extant research on dialectic study and dialectic nature of moral education calls for bulwark of dialectic of moral education.The significance of further research into dialectic of moral education in tertiary institutes lies in that on the one hand it furthers understanding about dialectic nature of moral education in tertiary institutes and conduct moral education by the principles of dialectic of moral education;on the other hand,it will improve students' grasp of moral education.The current research argues that the there is materialist dialectics in the moral education theory and application in tertiary institutes.The analysis and summary of materialist dialectic thinking will improve the efficacy of moral education.The research attempts to apply dialectic analysis in the content, process,methodology of moral education,and analyze the interrelationships between fundamental domains of tertiary moral education with the aid of materialist dialectics.The research consists of three parts:Partâ… analyzes the content of materialist dialectics in tertiary education.The part dwells upon the analysis of basic contradictions of moral education, relationship between content of moral education and that of intellectual education,between localization and globalization of moral education, appropriateness and transcendence,history and epoch-making,integrity and hierarchy.Partâ…¡analyzes the process of materialist dialectic in tertiary education.It analyzes and synthesizes basic contradictions in moral education,dialectic nature,relationship between self-teaching and hetero-teaching,between instructors and educatees,long-term and complexity of moral education.Partâ…¢dissects the methodology of moral education in tertiary institutes. The part summarizes the relationship between inheritance and creativity of methodology in moral education,pertinence of moral education methodology, dialectic of specific moral education methods,and integrity of moral education.
