PURPOSE: We assess Hubei Province open-men rowing team, Make use of rowing test system to collect the data of rowing technique and analysis. Researching the kinematics rule of rowing technique to find it's essence. Make use of "Testing and Assessment System of Strength Training" to test and analyze the test subject, and finding the question and rule.SUBJECTS and METHODS: 3 Open-men rowers in Hubei Rowing Team are chosen, make use of the "Rower Expert Light"(WEBA Sport) to collect the data of 1×rowing technique and analysis. Take advantage of "Testing and Assessment System of Strength Training" to test and evaluate the most power of bench pull and 240 bench pull resistance quality.CONCLUSIONS:1. With the increase in tempo, drive time, recovery time, stroke cycle and ratio of Push and pull are decrease. The decrease of ratio of Push and pull are decrease mean that recovery times reduce more quickly and recovery faster. But there is no significant increase in the strength of drive. To 3 test subject, their left pulling forces were greater than their right pulling force.2. With the increase in tempo, when the most strength of drive is appearing, the position of paddle will gradually near the athletes behind. And the time of he most strength of drive will ahead of schedule. The imbalance of right-left pulling force and the different position of the most strength of drive is appearing will affect the course.3. With the increase in tempo, the angle of hands away no significant change, but in 4 tempo, to 3 athlete, their left angle of hands away were greater than right, it mean that their left extent of hands away were longer than their right.4. With the increase in tempo, the mean power of right-left drive were increasing step up. At the same time, we could see the right-left pull paddle velocities were increasing too, except 3# athlete. But the right-left pull paddle distance did not increased with the increase in tempo ,except the 3# athlete, his right pull paddle distance Significantly reduce.5. With the increase in tempo, the 3 athlete's most negative acceleration gradually increase, at the same time, the duration of negative acceleration gradually decreased. the most acceleration did not significant increase. 6. There was no significant difference in 240 bench pull resistance quality. From begin to end, the main parameter (most pull velocity, mean pull velocity, frequency, most pull strength, pull power) are all decrease gradually. The first 30 pull will decrease significantly, the rest pull cannot see significantly fluctuate.
