The Construction Of GS College Counselor Training System

As an important component of higher education, Independent Colleges have encountered a series of awkward predicament in management and sustainable development. Therefore, the importance and present plight of Independent Colleges have urged its manipulation and management to become an unavoidable topic in modern management and higher-education management study.Based on the present situation, with the crucial research of GS College, this paper analyzes management for counselors, and concludes that the main problem lies in counselor's effectiveness which fails to meet the developmental needs of the college. Meanwhile, the author considers that training is the efficient solution to developing advantages of counselors' human resources so as to meet GS College's needs. Therefore, this paper, under the original application of human resource theory, depends on the actual situation of GS College's counselor to construct every aspect of the counselor's training system. The system includes analysis for training demands, training programs, training implementation, training assessment and training achievement into effect so that it can meet the training needs of the counselor. Through construction of this training system, this paper argues that the feasibility and maneuverability play a key factor on effectiveness and practical application of independent college counselor training system.Significance and originality of this study provides profound foundation for practice of the GS College training system; at the same time hopefully it can provide a frame of reference for the study of the Independent Colleges counselor training system.
