With the development of the National Physical Fitness Program and China's deepening political and economic reform, China is gradually to form a market-oriented service system of national fitness. China's fitness club will be a rapid development with socialization and industrialization of sports. The development of fitness clubs will influence the service system of national fitness directly. A large number of studies have shown that health club members can't acquire a good effect if they haven't an appropriate form and intensity of movement. Then, through the evaluation methods on physical exercise and the amount of exercise can be more effective to promote the club members to achieve optimal fitness results.The study collect the latest research results both at home and abroad, and elaborate from the development status of the effectiveness evaluation research on fitness club member's physical exercise methods and amount of exercise. This study uses several research methods, just like investigation, experiment, mathematical statistics, etc. Firstly, I did a random survey of 245 fitness club members from all of the Shanghai fitness clubs, and to analysis of the basic situation of the basic questions. And then according to the survey result to design of the experimental program which through a simple means of evaluation tools to promote the fitness club member's fitness effect. Lastly, I selected 32 club members from two typical fitness clubs as the experimental group, and then do the experimental intervention to them, and finally put the experimental indicators to compare with the control group's 32 members to verify the effectiveness of the experimental model.Through my research and experimental studies, I obtained the following conclusions:1. Shanghai fitness club member's higher general quality in favor of them to grasp fitness evaluation tools timely and effectively. Scientific evaluation feedback can benefit them to make clear fitness purpose, and reduce the influence cause by their subjective factors, and develop good fitness habits.2. Shanghai fitness club members need scientific fitness evaluation tools to them how to choose the suitable physical exercise methods and amount of exercise.3. Shanghai fitness club members haven't fitness effectiveness evaluation tools, and lack of easy-to-use fitness evaluation tools.4. Effective interventions can play a certain role in promoting fitness club member's body shape and physiological function, and there is a positive correlation between the intervention times and fitness effect.5. Scientific fitness effect evaluation model can improve fitness club member's psychological level effectively, heighten their emotional control, strengthen their willpower, relax their psychological stress, raise their vitality, adapt to or cope with the tense scenes of life, and improve their working efficiency.6. Scientific fitness effect evaluation model can effective improve fitness club member's social adaptability, and to promote them establish good interpersonal relationships, to raise their sense of belonging and form lasting and health fitness habits.
