In recent years, floating population continued to grow year after year in Shanghai. At the same time, the trend of resident, family and localization has appeared. Migrant children's education is a problem in Shanghai, especially the problem of high school education has become more and more evident. This article holds that it is not just a question of equity in education. It is directly related to the future of the city's image and the quality of public. It is a matter of the long-term development of Shanghai.This paper main studies Shanghai's situation. It integrated population, sociology and education, such as multi-disciplinary knowledge and methods. Combination the supply and demand situation of migrant children's, resolve the way out after middle school, and think about how to promote the problem effectively.The article's main point is that Shanghai has conditions to open the way of high school. According to the integrated supply and demand of high school education, this article advocates that it is a long process to open the way.Firstly, Shanghai should open vocational high schools. At the same time, open a small number of high school. Secondly, Shanghai should keep the speed of opening, and further relax restrictions on high school. Thirdly, city high school education will be fully liberalized at last.It will magnify effects of policy after opening the way. So this paper also proposed that should establish some standards.Finally, based on the analysis of the full text, the author on how to build a appropriate migrant children's education system give some suggestions. For example, how to establish the way of opening high school education. And so on.
