Due to the sanction of the standard in the social transformation, there are many anomie problems in the education field, which is focus on the pursuing of efficiency. In order improve educational efficiency, the educators adopt the instrument rationality to manage classroom, which neglect the fitness and reasonableness of management, lead to the classroom management anomie. The anomie problem in classroom management not only can contain the psychological demands of junior high school students, but also block their achievement, and even set a bad example for them.Therefore, through analyzing the manifestation of the anomie of the classroom management in junior high school in Mainland China, this study aims at seeking for its causes and feasible solution to help the junior high school teachers, the school administers and educational executors know about the passive effects of the anomie of classroom management, and take suitable measures to reduce these negative phenomena.This study starts with the literature review and analysis, and then summarizes basic concepts concerning the topic, which establishes the base of the study. In order to investigate the current situation of the anomie of classroom management in junior high school in Mainland China, the method of interview, questionnaire, observation and literature analysis were introduced in the study. The analysis of the causes of the topic was deduced through the data collected by interviews and questionnaire. Based on the analysis of the causes for the anomie of junior high school classroom management, the suggestion for the improvement was proposed.Based on the investigation, three main categories of classroom management anomie were raised, namely the anomie of classroom management logos, the anomie of classroom management standard and the anomie of classroom management behavior. The causes of the anomie of junior high school management can mainly be categorized into two groups: the objective causes and the subjective causes. Lastly, the countermeasures for dealing with the anomie of junior high school classroom management were put forward, which including the support and help from the school administers and educational executives, the completion of the notion of classroom management and the improvement of the skills of classroom management.
