Studies On University Logistics Support System Organizational Innovation In China

The decisive strength to develop the economic society relies on the progress and innovation in science and technology, which has been advanced in"Essentials of National Medium and Long-term Science and Technological Plan". According to the passage, large like a country or small like a firm, it will not have the initiation in the future development unless it owns the self-renovation capability with the core technology and the independent intellectual property. Therefore, self-renovation is not only the core competitive power for a nation but a vigor source of an organization.The logistics services in China universities have been carrying out some significant socialized reforms in recent years, because the management and operation systems in logistics service should keep up with the steps of our socialist market and higher education. Unfortunately, these reforms did not reach the prospective goal like the government and universities had set before. Due to lack of the core competitive power, the logistics support level still stays so low that the service efficiency and the organizing ability can not meet the needs of the fast development of our higher education.Aiming at above difficulties and problems, the author researched and analyzed the feasibility to carry out the organization innovation theory in China university logistics services on the basis of stating the innovation source, the innovation process and the innovation content comprehensively. On the other hand, from the system innovation, the strategy innovation and the culture innovation, the author also emphasized the necessity and the urgency of carrying out this theory in China university logistics services in this paper.After that, taking some successful innovation reforms for examples in university logistics services, the author summed up the basic reasons for the success and pointed out that the bottleneck preventing the university logistics services from growing and developing is due to the property right system and the incomplete legal person governance structure. In author's point of view, the system innovation is the key factor in realizing the socialized reforms successfully. On the contrary, lack of strategy innovation and culture innovation in university logistics services caused a failure in growth and sustainable development.Only though the system innovation, the strategy innovation and the culture innovation, can the university logistics service find an innovative reform way suitable for its own university and local conditions. In order to keep higher educations developing in a fast and sustainable way, the university logistics services must provide the powerful logistics support and improve the organizing achievement and the core competitive power. The research showed that only through the organization innovation can China university logistics services fulfill the construction of new safeguard system smoothly.
