In this paper,the disadvantage resulting from " the hot art college entrance examination",the high school art classes,"the short-term train of Fine Arts courses before the exam" and exam-oriented teaching appearing in the recent years causes the analysis of the teaching factors that impact on the students skilled in Art in the high school.This paper appeals to build a new sustainable development teaching form and a new evaluation system in the teaching for the high school students skilled in Art.The art teaching in accordance with the college entrance examination is not to teach students to copy,but to cultivate their creative thinking.The rigid exam-oriented teaching model that too much emphasizes the skills ignores the students'creative thinking and comprehensive abilities.It bounds the students'rich ideas and vivid imagination.They eventually lose interest in studying art.So it impacts on the sustainable development of students.Under the professional teacher's guidance,students should be able to use their own unique vision,thinking,imagination to discover the characteristics and the beautiful factors of the things and to use their ways that they like most to express their feelings experiences for beauty.The art teaching must pay attention to the comprehensive abilities of the students and improve their abilities of observation,analysis and comprehension and perfect the overall artistic quality of students.This is the core of the art education,can not be ignored and must not be ignored.We must build a new sustainable development teaching form and a new evaluation system in the teaching for the high school students skilled in Art,promote interactive teaching,let the teacher plays their leading role and students play their main role,make the teaching content suitable for the students,and arouse the students' enthusiasm. Students'interests are the main source of their subject characteristic,life experience are the basis and open teaching and learning environment are the soil.New teaching evaluation system is the art of constructing test an important part of teaching reform.Teaching evaluation system over the past many errors exist.We should proceed with the establishment of new teaching evaluation system,including the evaluation of diversification,evaluation of the contents of a comprehensive,long-term evaluation process, evaluation criteria of multi-dimensional.New teaching evaluation system is really set up the reform of art teaching to improve test an important indicator.At the same time,teacher's professionalism and professional ethics are the important factors that impact on the art teaching in high school.
