On The Present Situation Of The National Keep-fit System In Central Henan Urban Agglomeration

To construct a relatively complete National Keep-Fit Service System is a basic requirement for a harmonious society, and another governmental objective of struggle for mass sports after the promulgation and implementation of the Sport For All Program. It is also the highest stage and ultimate objective of this Program.Central Henan urban agglomeration (CHUG), Zhengzhou of Henan province as its center, has made rapid economic growth, and its leading and demonstration function to surrounding areas has drawn more and more attention. Therefore, the building of National Keep-Fit Service System in CHUG will have significant research and historical value for improving physical conditions of the urban-dwellers, so as to suit the forming new economic construction pattern in the CHUG.Based on the developing situation investigation of the national fitness program for CHUG residents, and standing on the nature, serving the people, of the National Keep-Fit Service System, this paper constructs the fundamental framework and specific content of the National Keep-Fit Service System for CHUG. Using literature review, questionnaire, and analytics, this paper discusses the theoretic formation of this system and the specific influence of each part on the whole each system. The results are as follows:The aim of the National Keep-Fit Service System for the CHUG is to meet the basic needs of the physical exercise of the residents in CHUG, so as to extensively improve the physical condition of the urban-dwellers. Its focus is on "Service".CHUG residents have increased requirements for bodybuilding exercise, but the insufficient sports areas and facilities have restricted the perfection of the whole National Keep-Fit Service System.The propaganda of national keep-fit program in CHUG has been constantly strengthening, but the means are mainly TV, newspaper and magazines. These single means greatly influenced propaganda effect.With the increasing needs for bodybuilding sports of the residents, the number of community sports instructors in the CHUG have been constantly increasing, but the limited quantity greatly restricted the instruction quality.The investigation on residents sports activities of CHUG shows that residents have a high identification degree on the essential function of sports and a high consciousness to sports activities.The construction of the National Keep-Fit Service System in CHUG will, to some extent, improve the shortage of sports areas, facilities, fund and instructors in CHUG, accelerate the publication and implementation of national sports for all program, improve the development of mass sports effectively.Scientific, reasonable, ordered National Keep-Fit Service System in CHUG is an important guarantee for the effective carrying on this service system.
