Children's education guide the direction of our national education and it is also the basis and hope of our national education. The standard and degree of children's education indicate whether the whole plan is reasonable or not , the education system is perfect or not, the society is harmonious or not and the national quality is sustainable or not. When it comes to children's education, physical education undoubtedly plays the most important role. Both in the education essentials of kindergartens—the first policy on children's education and the guiding essentials of kindergartens, which has appeared recently, the significance and potential meaning of children's physical education has been pointed out clearly and definitely. And children's physical education has been regarded as a vital part of kindergarten education in this kind of files.Henan Province lies in the central plains and has a large population, enhancing the standard of children's education, especially children's physical education can ensure a comprehensive and healthy development for children; in addition, it can guarantee a better education quality for children. Therefore, I choose Central plains urban agglomeration of Henan Province as investigation object, 63 public and private kindergartens at random in the 9 big cities which belongs to the Central plains urban agglomeration, and 441 teachers in total to make questionnaire, to observe present teaching and to interview. With these results, I've made an overall, object and authentic investigation about the present situation of kindergartens'physical education, for example, the teaching condition, the types of activities, the facilities, the teachers'competence and other main aspects. According to the investigation results, nowadays children's physical education in Central plains urban agglomeration of Henan Province is almost satisfactory. Most kindergartens can meet the basic needs of children's physical activities. Besides, children's teachers show a prominent awareness. Nevertheless, some important questions appear. To begin with, some teachers only have a superficial and one-sided understanding of the value of children's physical education; sometimes, they just regard it as a thing of formalism. Besides, instead of possessing professional knowledge of physical education, children's teachers transform physical activities into games. Last but not least, the facilities and fund for children's physical education is deficient, some kindergartens even cannot make the ends meet. To solve these problems, I have some suggestions. Firstly, I suggest related government departments pay more attention on kindergartens'physical education and strongly support it. Secondly, the leaders of all kindergartens should bear the responsibility to enhance teachers'awareness and professional knowledge of children's physical education, and to cultivate an integrated cognizance on the basis of kindergartens'specific situation. Thirdly, we must strengthen the sustainable system for children's teachers and try to develop children's education in a more scientific way. Finally, I sincerely hope we can create a new type education, in which kindergarten, family and community work together. With this method, we can make good use of the resource of our society and families, make sure that our target of children's physical education will achieve to the maximum and promote children's physical and mental qualities in a more rational, healthier way.At present, we are under the guidance of our national planning which says we should spare no efforts to mainly popularize the 3-year-preschool education. As one of our government's significant future education reform, preschool education's own quality is the most decisive element. However, aiming at boosting the whole quality of preschool education, on one hand, we not only need the support from government, but also require the reciprocal cooperation of kindergartens'leaders and children's responsible teachers; on the other hand, kindergartens ought to set about perfecting themselves and continuously summarize experience to get higher. Consequently, only in a way that both the internal cause and external cause work well together, can we accomplish the goal of popularizing preschool education, can we boost the overall quality of children's education to the maximum.
